Vulnerable Adults Service (VAS)

What is the service

The VAS is a GP practice which supports Vulnerable Adults to re-engage with primary care, which includes all inclusion health groups particularly those experiencing homelessness.

It is an ICB commissioned service to support vulnerable adults in the Norwich PCN/Locality practice area.

NPC oversees the operations and administration of this service and employs a regular pool of GPs and Nurse Practitioners
