NNPC has a robust approach to governance. The Articles of Association and a Shareholders Agreement sets out how the company is governed and the relationship between the Board and the shareholder practices.
NNPC has a committee structure which reports into the board. The Finance, Performance and Information Governance Committee meets quarterly and is chaired by a Non-Executive Director. The Quality and Safety Committee meets monthly and is chaired by a non-executive director. Our approach to governance values the equal contribution from clinical and non-clinical colleagues and ensures the company operates in a safe, efficient and sustainable way.
Care Quality Commission (CQC)
