Elective Recovery - Waiting List Management

As part of the national drive to deliver elective care recovery we have been awarded a contract to provide elective triage to patients who have waited for elective care in excess of 40 weeks within the North Central London ICS.

This service is provided in partnership with Prescribing Services Ltd (PSL) and uses Eclipse Live, a risk-assessment system which uses an algorithm to assess the health risk to patients in conjunction with the patient’s own views on their health and condition, including pain, quality of life and need to be seen quickly.

The service is provided under an NHS contract and has potential to be rolled out more widely if this contract is successful.
