What is the service

Norfolk Primary Care runs a commissioned phlebotomy service on behalf of the North Norfolk Practices.

The service caters for patients aged 5 and over to have access to blood tests requested by their GP Practice.

The service is run by our team of phlebotomists and administration staff which is overseen by the following people:

The Phlebotomy Service is run from the Cromer Group Practice Surgery, Mill Road Cromer, NR27 0BG

When is the clinic run

The Phlebotomy Clinic operates, Monday to Friday 08:30-16:00, excluding Bank Holiday’s.

How do I get an appointment

If your GP practice advises you to get a blood test you will be given our phone number of 01603 576097.

Our administration team will answer your call and book you in for an appointment.

What do patients think about our service

We ask for patient feedback when they visit the Phlebotomy service and they comment on the lovely nature of our staff, but that they would prefer a quicker response on our phone lines which we have taken on board.
